What does it take to turn a weed-choked canyon into a wildlife paradise? Discover the story of a hidden 10-acre sanctuary that is getting a massive eco-makeover thanks to San Diego Botanic Garden (SDBG) and our local partners. Home to Cottonwood Creek, bobcats, and coyotes, this local space is being rescued from invasive plants and restored with native riparian, coastal sage scrub and chaparral habitat.
Join us for a special evening talk inside the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory with SDBG Habitat Restoration Program Manager Joe DeWolf to learn how SDBG, Point Blue, the California Coastal Commission, and the California Wildlife Conservation Board teamed up to fund and lead this wild rescue mission!
